01Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to the TTB88 platform. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and TTB88 as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by TTB88, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

02TTB88 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the TTB88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. TTB88 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and will suspend any account suspected of belonging to an individual under 18 years of age.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is legally permitted.
• You must register with only one (1) account only. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at TTB88. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow anyone else to use your TTB88 account.

03Registration & Account Management

When registering for a TTB88 account, you are required to provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a password. This information will be used to verify your identity and facilitate account management on the TTB88 platform.

You are solely responsible for the security of your TTB88 account username and password. Please ensure your password:

• Contains at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Not shared with any other party, including family members.
• Rotated periodically to keep your account secure.
• Different from the password you use on other platforms.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your TTB88 account. TTB88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the TTB88 support team immediately via live chat.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

TTB88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Accepted deposit methods at TTB88 include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All deposits are processed instantly, with funds credited to your TTB88 account within seconds.

For withdrawals, TTB88 processes requests within 15 to 30 minutes in the majority of cases. However, under certain circumstances such as security checks or identity verification, processing may take longer. TTB88 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

Important to note: TTB88 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for your original deposit., except in special circumstances with approval from the support team. This is a security measure to prevent financial fraud.

05TTB88 Bonus & Promotions Rules

TTB88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific rules stated in each promotional offer. The general TTB88 bonus rules are as follows:

• Only one member per household / IP address is eligible to claim the TTB88 new member bonus. Any attempt to circumvent this limit through dishonest means will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses must meet the specified rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10× rollover means you must wager a total of RM 1,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• TTB88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Cancelled bets, void bets, or bets that do not meet the minimum qualifying criteria will not count towards rollover calculations.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at a time. You may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the TTB88 bonus system, including bonus hunting techniques or opposing bets, may result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

TTB88 provides a platform for Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more), Live Casino games (baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, roulette), and online slots. The following general rules apply to all game types:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances determined by TTB88 (such as match cancellation by the official organiser).
• In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino game, TTB88 will make its determination based on server records. The decision of TTB88's technical team is final in such cases.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. Please check the applicable limits before placing a bet on TTB88.
• TTB88 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or unauthorised insider information.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided at odds of 1.00.
• TTB88 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all digital casino games to ensure fairness and transparency.

07Responsible Gaming

TTB88 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that digital entertainment should be enjoyed in a healthy and controlled manner. To that end, TTB88 provides the following self-management tools, accessible to all members through their TTB88 account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit that your account cannot exceed.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period. Once the limit is reached, the TTB88 system will block new bets until that period ends.
• Session Time Limit: Limit the time you spend in a single gaming session.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from the TTB88 platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, according to your needs.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to self-exclude permanently or for a minimum period of 6 months from all TTB88 services.

08Accepted Member Conduct

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt TTB88's technical infrastructure.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity using the TTB88 platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse TTB88's promotions or bonus system.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward the support team or other members.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or placing bets on behalf of another person.

TTB88 continuously monitors all activity on the platform. Any violation of these conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their TTB88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, please ensure all funds in your account have been withdrawn, as TTB88 is not responsible for any remaining balance left in an account closed at the member's request.

TTB88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term stated in this TTB88 Terms & Conditions document.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, cheating, or illegal activity.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of an account closure due to fraud or a breach of TTB88's terms, any remaining balance in the account — including bonus balances and winnings — may be fully forfeited without compensation.

10TTB88 Liability Limit

The TTB88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. TTB88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or gaming decisions made on the TTB88 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond TTB88's control, such as internet outages, telecommunications infrastructure issues, or natural disasters.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of the TTB88 platform.
• Loss or damage to data caused by negligence or failure of third parties beyond TTB88's control.
• Any losses arising from decisions made by a member based on information available on the TTB88 platform.

TTB88 is committed to keeping the platform running smoothly and reliably, maintaining a 99.9% uptime record. However, occasional technical disruptions may occur, and we will notify members of any scheduled maintenance via in-platform notifications.

11Changes to Terms & Conditions

TTB88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, TTB88 will take one or more of the following actions:

• Posting a prominent notice on the ttb88.bet homepage regarding changes before they take effect.
• Sending notifications to members via their registered email or in-app TTB88 notifications.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the TTB88 platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop using the TTB88 platform and contact our support team to close your account.
