How to Log In to TTB88 Safely & Securely
Logging in to your TTB88 account is a simple, fast and secure process. TTB88 offers three different login methods to give you easy access from any device — whether it's an Android phone, iPhone or laptop.
Method 1 — Log In with Email: Enter the email address you used to register with TTB88 and your password. This is the most common login method used by the majority of TTB88 Malaysia members. Make sure your email is entered correctly — capitalisation doesn't matter, but extra spaces can cause an error.
Method 2 — Log In with Phone Number: You can also log in to TTB88 using your registered Malaysian phone number (+60) together with your password. This method is ideal if you can't remember the email address used during registration.
Method 3 — Log In with OTP: For added security, use the OTP (One-Time Password) method, where a 6-digit code is sent to your Malaysian phone number via SMS. The code is valid for 5 minutes and each request generates a unique code.
TTB88 recommends enabling the "Remember Me" feature on your personal device to speed up future logins. However, never enable this feature on a public or shared device.
TTB88 Security Tips: Never share your TTB88 account password with anyone, including support staff. The TTB88 team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
